Grab a buddy - private or semi private sessions are available with a variety of day & time options. Groups sessions are also available.

We mix it up with a variety of sessions & keep it interesting, challenging & fun!
Sessions are hosted over zoom & recorded for replay later on. YouTube links are sent out that only you have access to, and can repeat the workout again & again!
Fully customized workouts designed to get your body moving wth strength based exercises and low impact cardio.
We incorporate full body training including some core work along with stretching and breathe work.
Each session, we get a little sweaty, laugh & have fun, challenge ourselves and walk away feel amazing and accomplished!
Working one-on-one will help to hold yourself more accountable and assist in creating health maintainable habits for the future.
This is about generating a love of movement and a life long one at that!
If you are newer to fitness, been out of the gym for a while, or even just not that good at it, I am here to help and guide you along the way.
I can show you proper form, guide you through the exercises and help build up your confidence to make you feel comfortable with movement.

Before we meet in person I will send you a few letters, documents and forms to be completed, all just a way for me you get to know you better!
Via phone/zoom or in-person meeting, to chat about your nutrition, lifestyle, fitness levels, and past experience. We will review your information and set some goals to work towards in your training. We will do measurements (optional) and create a starting point for your journey. I will have some paperwork for you to review as well.
With a typical program we will meet weekly or bi-weekly for training sessions, fit in person or via Zoom.
We also have program outlines available for the in-between days. This will help you create a schedule and habits to move forward with.
