ABOUT THE CLASSES:
Our Stroller Fit class combines low to medium cardio with strength and toning exercises.
We focus on slow & safe movements. Modifications also provided depending on your fitness level - Contact Rebecca prior to the start of your session to discuss.
Stroller Fit is an open class for all moms & babies/tots and includes a variety of movement drills that focus on strength, agility, balance, low impact cardio and gentle core.
EACH SESSION IS....
- approx. 1 hour in length with a walking warm up, the movement & strength portion, plus stretches & a cool down.
Each session set is 4 weeks in length with a week off in between
(see calendar below for session dates)
This also includes:
- Social time for mom!
- Walk around the beautiful city/town or park
- Fun outdoor time with your little one!
- Access to our FFM online Facebook community for tips, tricks, recipes, nutrition advice, meal planning tips and tricks!
- A fierce & fabulously supportive momma community!
What to bring:
- yoga mat and 5 lb Dumbbells are a perfect start, you also might want 8 or 10lb dumbbells - depending on your fitness level
- water bottle
- snack for following the session or for the little one during the workout portion
- blanket for little one to sit on

COVID Protocols
We will follow guidelines set out by the health unit at the time of our sessions. Classes & details subject to change pending restrictions. Incase of lockdown or inability to gather due to restrictions classes will be issued credits for future use or virtual sessions.
We will have equipment to borrow, and they will be cleaned and sanitized following each session, if you prefer to bring your own please do so.
Each class is booked in at one hour and 15 minutes time slots.
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in with your coach, and so we can begin each class on time.
Definitely, this is a perfect way to get back into moving our body and we provide modifications for each movement based on your levels of fitness. The classes are low impact with a bit of cardio/movement & strength training. The trainer will provide individual modifications as needed.
Reach out prior to your session to notify us of any inquiries or medical restrictions.
We will run our outdoor classes in all weather, as long as its not pouring or storming/hazardous weather.
If it has been raining for an extended time it will be slippery and not safe to workout we will cancel the class.
Makeup sessions will be offered if a class is cancelled, typically these are on the scheduled week off.
Sessions updates are posted in the VIP group on FB & social media.
Please email or text Rebecca ASAP if you are unable to make a session. You must notify at least 2 hours in advance via email or text message.
You are welcome to come to one of other locations to make up the class that week, but classes are NOT transferable between the session months, unless we are made aware of your absence.
Without a message or text you forfeit your class.
Yes, these particular set of sessions are only run outdoors
No special stroller required at all, any stroller will do, even a double stroller!
The stroller fit sessions will run once a week for 4 week intervals, from April to October.

Yes, we allow drop ins, if there is room in the session. Drop ins will be made available about a week before each session set.
