Momma Movement Classes
These classes are suitable for Postpartum or Prenatal Mommas. They combine low to medium cardio/movement with strength and toning exercises. We focus on slow & safe movements. Modifications also provided depending on your fitness level.
This is a class for moms & babies/tots and bumps and will include a variety of movements that focus on strength, agility, balance, with low impact movement and gentle core.
EACH SESSION IS....
- approx. 1 hour in length with a warm up, the movement & strength portion, plus stretches & a cool down.
WHAT YOU GET:

- Access to our FFM online Facebook community for tips, tricks, recipes and more!
- Nutrition advice, meal planning tips and tricks!
- A fun momma based in-person community!
WHO CAN COME:
These classes are open to all mommas at any stage and even prenatal mommas. We want you to come out and find movement - whatever that looks like to you and our body.
Postpartum mommas we prefer you to have your 6 week check done just to be sure your body has healed for movement, but each mommas is different so listen to your body and our practitioner as to when it is safe to resume movement.
We offer modification and adjustments for all levels and abilities.
- yoga mat and 5lb dumbbells are a perfect start
(8 or 10lb dumbbells - depending on your fitness level)
- water bottle
- snack for following the session or for the little one
- blanket/mat for little one to sit on

Minimum numbers:
A minimum number of mommas are required per session - FFM reserves the right to cancel a session if the minimum number of participants is not reached in a monthly session set. If this occurs the option of transferring to another session location, or refund or class credit will be provided. If you want to be placed on a waitlist prior to session start please contact us and we will notify you when session is confirmed.
Refund Policy - You are eligible for a full refund for class up until the start date of your first class less a 25% service fee. After your scheduled session has begun no refunds will be given, but, we are able to offer a service credit that can be used toward another class or session, or used as drop ins. Without a message or text to let us know you are not coming, you forfeit your class.
*Sessions or drop in passes do not transfer from year to year.
