Meet our boss babe and the momma behind Fitness Fanatic Mom, our Lead trainer, and Yogi.
Rebecca is a group and personal fitness trainer who specializes in working with mommas and retraining in their postpartum - whatever stage!
Through her own postpartum journeys, as a momma of 4, she found her passion and purpose in helping other mommas bring movement back into their busy lives!
In her off time she spends time with her kids, going on hikes and adventures, trips to the beach & spending time doing crafty projects.
Cassy began her fitness journey in 2016 with some easy running. From there, a passion was found and nurtured for all things fitness. To balance the cardio of running, she began a mixture of olympic style lifting and CrossFit workouts.
8 years later and now a mom of 2 amazing little people, she is excited to be continuing on with the Fitness Fanatic Mom team for a 3rd year.
She is excited to meet others where they are and where they hope to go with their own fitness goals.
"Hello I’m Natalie , I’m a certified fitness Instructor and a mom of twins. I fell in love and found the importance of staying active not just for me but for my family. I have a love for running and lifting weights. Movement has helped me mentally and physically during my postpartum journey.
I’m passionate helping others regain their strength, energy and confidence back. Help others fall in love back with themselves through movement, making it fun and not make it feel like we “Have “ to but to have the mindset that we “CAN” and love the way we move.
I’m excited to start this new journey to guide and support and participate in stroller fit, to be able to be part of this journey with you all and your babies makes my heart so happy! Looking forward to building new community of strong mommas."

I’m a wife and a Mum to a beautiful daughter, and I really enjoy moving my body! Whether that’s cardio, yoga, or weights or just outdoor playtime with my daughter, it doesn’t matter!
Fitness became a part of my life for the mental health benefits, and now I can truly say I love showing up and spending time with myself and my music.
I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and creating some movement!
A Mississauga native, Kasia is a Certified Endurance Sports/Holistic Nutritionist and Canine
Nutritionist, has celiac disease, is a cancer warrior, and has spent more than 30 years in the
dance (ballet) and fitness worlds.
Kasia began running in June 2023 and initially could barely make it from one traffic light to the
next. Since then she has gone on to pursue her love of endurance running and strength
training, has several marathons planned for 2024 and is presently pursuing her Certification as
a Running Coach through UESCA.
Kasia is excited to join Fitness Fanatic Moms as a Stroller Coach this season!
