Meet our boss babe and the momma behind Fitness Fanatic Mom!
Rebecca is a group and personal fitness trainer who specializes in working with mommas and retraining in their postpartum - whatever stage!
Through her own postpartum journeys, as a momma of 4, she found her passion and purpose in helping other mommas bring movement back into their busy lives!
In her off time she spends time with her kids, coaches soccer, hikes, goes to the beach & spends time doing crafty projects.
Cassy began her fitness journey in 2016 with some easy running. From there, a passion was found and nurtured for all things fitness. To balance the cardio of running, she began a mixture of olympic style lifting and CrossFit workouts.
7 years later and now a mom of 2 amazing little people, she is excited to be continuing on with the Fitness Fanatic Mom team for a 2nd year.
She is excited to meet others where they are and where they hope to go with their own fitness goals.
"Hi Everyone! My fitness journey began a few years ago with small changes. I added a few weekly, scheduled workouts to my morning routine to start and as my confidence grew so did my dedication to movement. My workouts increased and I made purposeful changes to my work life that allowed me to be less attached to my screen and office chair and more active in my daily life.
My goal as a trainer is to help and encourage people to live well balanced, healthy lives so that they can play with their children, enjoy the outdoors without intimidation and age well. I am so looking forward to meeting you all!"

Motherhood changes and challenges and recreates this new shell for us. One that we grow into and choose who we want to be, for our children, for ourselves. This new chance to step into or back into our physical bodies and just be, and feel, wherever you are.

"Hi. My name is Deanna and I’m excited to be a Stroller Fit Coach this summer!
I’ve always had a love for movement, sports, community, and being outside. As a kid, I grew up figure skating and playing softball. As an adult, I’ve prioritized my wellness by moving my body every day, and every day it usually looks a little different! I love mixing up my workouts with yoga classes, lifting weights, boxing, barre, and often simply getting out on the trails for a hike or bike ride.
I believe it’s important to move our bodies daily - however we can – and that movement should be fun! Movement for me is about more than just our physical health but is important for our mental and emotional health too.
I encourage mommas to show up to class, just as you are. As a new mom myself, I know that some days you just want to get out of the house and talk with other adults, some days you’re running on three hours of sleep, and some days you feel like super woman ready for a sweaty workout! All of you are welcome here! I can’t wait to meet you!"
Hi there! I'm Niru, a passionate nutritionist with a deep appreciation for the power of movement.
As a mom of two, I understand the importance of staying active not just for us but also for our families. Investing in our health is investing in our children’s health and so on.
Recognizing the unique challenges of the postpartum journey, where time for ourselves takes a backseat,
I am particularly passionate about helping moms regain their strength, energy, and confidence through exercise.
Thanks to Stroller Fit, which not only provide a supportive community but also offer the commitment and accountability needed to prioritize our well-being.
I enjoy outdoors and love spending time with my kids like dancing, cycling or hiking. Looking forward to see y'all!
