The Process:
Pre-Consult - before we meet in person I will send you a few letters, documents and forms to be completed, all just a way for me you get to know you better!
Consultation/Initial Meeting - we chat about your nutrition, lifestyle, fitness levels, and past experience. We will review your information and set some goals to work towards in your training. We will do measurements and create a starting point for your journey. I will have some paperwork for you to review as well.
Training sessions - With a typical program we will meet weekly for training sessions. You will also be given a program to do for the in between days, and are also welcome to join the group fitness sessions available.

Accountability - working one-on-one will make you hold yourself more accountable and help to create health maintainable habits for the future.
A Fit Buddy - if you are new to fitness or just not that good at it, I am here to help you and guide you along the way. I will show you proper form and help build up your confidence and help you feel comfortable with many styles of working out. Call me your Fitness Yoda!
